Scandinavian fashionistas have become a real reference point for all girls who have faced real frosts and blizzards this winter. They know how to combine practicality with the desire to dress interestingly. One of their favorite stylistic tricks is adding non-boring headwear. We looked at what hats, caps and baseball caps they choose this winter.
Knitted hats
Knitted hats, as if from a children's fairy tale, became the main accessories at Copenhagen Fashion Week, which took place in late January. It is difficult to say how much they fulfill a practical function and really warm, but their expressiveness and extraordinary effect are beyond doubt.

Laconic balaclavas
Even minimalists have to think first of all about warmth this winter. They can be helped by laconic balaclavas that do not overload the image and fulfill all their functions.

Fur hats
Fur and winter are almost synonymous. Big, soft, cozy, these hats not only instantly warm you up, but also make your look more noticeable. We love how they visually work in contrast when combined with discreet outerwear.

Pill hat
The peak of popularity of pill-shaped hats reached in the 1950s and 60s, becoming a symbol of elegance thanks to Jacqueline Kennedy. Modern fashionistas continue this tradition, complementing their winter looks with them.

Leopard
An unexpected print on the streets of Copenhagen was leopard, which we often saw on hats. Local girls boldly mixed it with pink or added it to vintage looks.

Colored hood
A recent street style chronicle from Denmark also reminded us about hoods. Unlike balaclavas, they are roomier and less formal in nature. Hoods can be easily combined with a wide variety of outerwear – from fluffy short fur coats to utilitarian jackets or classic coats.
