Valentine’s Day was directed by acclaimed filmmaker Garry Marshall. The picture brought him back together with some of the actors he had collaborated with over the years, including Julia, Anne, and Hector. The motion picture was his second to last one prior to his passing in 2016.

The picture was also a family affair. Julia and Emma both were featured in Valentine’s Day, despite their characters never having any interaction. Julia is Emma’s relative.
