Heartstopper Forever is slated to premiere on July 17, 2026. Principal photography was completed on July 27, 2025, a year ahead of its premiere.
Kit and Joe verified the conclusion of filming on July 27 by uploading behind-the-scenes snapshots to their individual Instagram profiles.
When Netflix revealed the movie in April of 2025, Kit endorsed the development through a share on his Instagram Stories, while Joe commented on the streamer’s Instagram announcement, quipping, “I fancy a movie.”
