Anthony Head, the esteemed British performer recognized for his roles in Ted Lasso and Buffy the Vampire Slayer, among others, has passed away, as confirmed by his family. He was 72 years old. Anthony’s daughters conveyed a message to BBC News.
Stating that their father “died peacefully following complications from pneumonia, with his family by his side,” Emily and Daisy expressed, “It is with profound sadness that we share the news of our remarkable father’s passing. It has been, and will always be, a profound honor and a privilege to be his daughters, and to have experienced firsthand the profound effect he and his artistry have had on so many.”
