As shown in a video shared by the FBI on February 10, an individual donned in a full face covering and black hand coverings came to Nancy’s doorstep and interfered with her surveillance systems. FBI Director Kash Patel issued an announcement regarding the footage, stating, “Over the past eight days, the FBI and Pima County Sheriff’s Department have collaborated closely with our private sector associates to continue recovering any visuals or video from Nancy Guthrie’s property that may have been misplaced, damaged, or inaccessible due to a number of reasons – including the removal of recording apparatuses. The footage was retrieved from remaining data located in backend systems.”
“In cooperation with our partners — as of this morning, the police have discovered these previously unreachable fresh visuals indicating an armed person appearing to have tampered with the camera at Nancy Guthrie’s entryway the morning of her disappearance,” Patel mentioned in his declaration.
