Allison Holker gained recognition through her prior relationship with the late Stephen “tWitch” Boss, her stints on So You Think You Can Dance and Dancing With The Stars, and currently, as a published writer. In February of 2025, she launched her biography, This Far: My Story of Love, Loss, and Embracing the Light, where she details the “trauma” she went through following Boss’ passing by suicide on December 13, 2022.
Concerning the novel, she communicated to the press, “It provided me a greater sense of concentration and a stronger sense of direction, and I genuinely wish I can be a supporter and a representative to individuals that feel isolated or forgotten,” she voiced. “I desire them to realize that existence can endure, and that’s the justification for the book’s title, This Far, because it isn’t the conclusion. This is merely the start of a fresh [chapter].” Nevertheless, responses emerged, with disapproval directed at the performer for supposedly revealing intimate specifics after Boss’s demise.
“To enthusiasts of Stephen, our relatives and acquaintances, I wish to articulate that my sole objective in penning the book is to impart my individual narrative alongside a segment of my existence with Stephen to aid other individuals,” she penned through Instagram posts on January 8, 2025. “Comparable to you, I never quite comprehended what transpired, and even as I’m attempting to assemble the fragments I will never truly grasp.”

Allison’s oldest daughter, Weslie Fowler, stemmed from a prior partnership, yet Boss embraced her and, as per People, they maintained a “special connection.” “She has such a cool personality. She’s such a well-behaved child,” he conveyed to Jennifer Hudson back in 2022. “She’s incredibly polite.” In August of 2024, Allison also mentioned to the same media outlet that she and her daughter share a tight bond. “We support one another during our happiest moments, but also during our most challenging moments, when we’re deeply sensitive or prompted or coping with something,” she disclosed. “I’m genuinely, incredibly thankful that she acknowledges me and I acknowledge her. We pay attention to each other and we converse.”
Weslie finds enjoyment in soccer and is presently a senior attending high school.
Maddox Laurel Boss

Maddox Laurel Boss, the initial offspring of tWitch and Allison combined, was born in 2016. During an exclusive dialogue with Hollywood Life in 2017, tWitch uncovered that dance arrives “naturally” for him. “He simply desires to be active. Honestly, he’s my and Allison’s offspring, which is essentially where we inherit that characteristic from,” he communicated to HL at the time. “Here at home, we’ll have melodies playing, and we routinely host spontaneous dance gatherings all the time, so, for Maddox, that’s merely ordinary existence!”
On his 8th natal day in March of 2024, Allison resorted to social platforms to celebrate her son. “Joyful Natal Day MADDOX… Age 8! This kid brightens up the globe. He holds the loveliest character that uplifts everyone around him, filled with vigor and affection. So proud of you! United eternally!” she captioned the photo upload, along with a captivating photo collection.
Zaia Boss
The youngest child of Allison and tWitch, Zaia Boss, came into the world in November of 2019. In a heartfelt Instagram update, she disclosed the joyous occasion, defining her as a “healthy, stunning angel” while revealing her given name. On November 3, 2024, the dazzling Dancing With the Stars star once again turned to Instagram to extend her best wishes to her young girl on the event of her 5th natal day. “It’s My babygirl ZAIAs BIRTHDAY today!” she wrote for the birthday tribute. “She is 5 going on 20. I am so proud of how far she has come. My angel has a heart of gold and the scream of a lion 😂😂 and I am completely obsessed with her!”

Steven "tWitch" Boss is laid to rest in Los Angeles this afternoon. His wife could be seen leaving their family home on the way to the funeral that was held at Forest Lawn in the Glendale area. His brother Deondre could be seen arriving in a blue suit.
