She's now platinum blonde. With bleached eyebrows. Yes, you didn't think so. The bleached eyebrows that usually give the vibe of an underground techno rave in Berlin or a Maison Margiela show are now worn by Hollywood's leading brunette. And she's 40! It's just some kind of unrealistic audacity and a total rejection of classic glossy security.
Photographer Tal Abudi has released a series of black-and-white shots, and they're pure arthouse. The photo features a double-breasted coat, white shirt, cap, and (attention) python-print boots with giant heels. The whole look screams, “I just bought your corporation and I'm going to fire you all, but I'm going to do it in a very fashionable way.”
Gal herself succinctly captioned it as “Blonde Energy,” and I'm just thrilled because it's literally the perfect combination of rock.
You know what's the funniest thing? Literally in November 2025, she won the Hollywood Icon statuette. That is, a person legitimized their status as a big star, checked the box, and said: “Okay, now you can go all out and experiment.”
I don't know if it was a warm-up for some crazy new role or if her soul just wanted chaos, but this image suits her very well.
