Seaweed soup recipe
Ingredients:
- 20 g dried seaweed (wakame, nori, dulse, etc.)
- 2 stalks of celery
For the broth:
- 2 cucumbers
- 6 celery stalks
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 apple
- 1 lime
- 2 cm fresh ginger
- pinch of cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Preparation:
Soak the dried seaweed in water. Meanwhile, prepare the broth: juice the celery, apple, cucumber, and pepper. Add the ginger, lime juice, and spices. Chop the seaweed and celery and add to the broth.
What are the benefits of seaweed?

When is the best time to eat seaweed?
Experts advise including them in your diet when it's convenient to do so regularly: add seaweed flakes to a smoothie two or three times a week or bake nori sheets with a drop of sesame oil as a light snack.
