Wheaton showcases its latest design innovations at Luxe Pack Monaco 2024

The Brazilian glassmaker, which was exhibiting in Monaco for the sixth consecutive year, has showcase a series of innovations and custom creations, including the new addition to its Ecoglass Line, a 200 ml bottle designed to be used for refilling. Unveiled in May at Luxe Pack New York, the new 200ml lightweight refill bottle was designed with 20% less glass mass than traditional bottles, resulting in a reduction of around 15% in CO2 emissions, according to Wheaton. The screw cap allows the perfume to be refilled as well as facilitating the recycling process.

Wheaton also showcased its recently developed standard bottle collection, which now features three new options (100 ml, 50 ml and 30 ml), as well as a wide array of decoration techniques, such as their Hot Stamping ribbons. This decoration process uses thermal ribbon that produces engravings in various colors and with several effect options.

Another bottle decoration technology displayed at the fair was the Crystal Effect Painting, obtained through the application of a special varnish that creates a unique effect around the painting, giving each bottle an exclusive aesthetic, providing not only a visually captivating appearance, but also a tactile sensation.
