Pure Trade launches new packaging division to boost growth

The Paris-headquartered company, which specializes in the design of high-end secondary packaging, luggage items, promotional accessories, and textile items, is seeking to at accelerate its development in — primary and secondary — packaging for beauty products.

This segment is seen as essential to achieving the target of 100 million euros in turnover by 2025 announced by the investment fund AGIC Capital, which acquired the company last year. In this perspective, Pure Trade has just created a dedicated packaging division in Paris, France. “The Packaging Division, newly formalized and managed by Florence Dancoisne under the direction of Virginie Honoré, is the flagship of this growth, supported by the Bags/pouches, Accessories, Textile & Spa businesses,” said the company in a statement.

Pure Trade’s new Packaging Division deals exclusively with primary, secondary and promotional packaging projects, whatever the materials.

This organization responds to the needs of Pure Trade’s customers, who are themselves structured by business line,” explains Virginie Honoré, General Manager at Pure Trade. “The strong growth of recent years has led our teams to perform well in the Group’s various businesses: packaging, accessories, luggage, textiles & spa offer. The packaging business, which encompasses primary, secondary and promotional packaging in all materials, requires a fully dedicated team of experts. We have therefore created a 100% packaging division, headed by Florence Dancoisne”, adds the manager.

This new division concentrates the Group’s expertise in primary, secondary and promotional packaging, in all regions of the world. Pure Trade’s resources in terms of innovation, engineering, sourcing of new materials and production are equal to the challenge to take up for and by our customers,” adds Florence Dancoisne, who joined the company in June 2024 to head the brand new packaging division.

Intended to operate autonomously, the packaging division will naturally maintain close collaboration with the Group’s other activities: accessories, luggage, textiles & spa.

Florence Dancoisne brings more than 30 years of experience in the luxury and beauty packaging sectors to Pure Trade. She was previously General Manager Europe at Knoll Prestige Packaging and International Marketing Director at Unilever Cosmetics International.
