Didn't nature give you eyelashes, Carmen? Dyeing your eyelashes is very easy. The main thing is to be careful not to get the dye in your eyes.
The best thing to do is invite a friend over and take turns dyeing each other's eyelashes. But if that's not possible, you can dye each eye separately.
Buy good quality mascara, yes, it won't be cheap, but it will last you about six months. I'm too lazy to apply mascara every day, so I choose black. For a more natural look, you can choose brown shades – in general, choose a color to your taste.
So, we will need:
- Eyelash dye
- Eyelash oxidizer
- Vessel for mixing paint with oxide
- Brush (stiff, synthetic bristle)
- Cotton pads or eyelid patches
- Vaseline
Step-by-step painting instructions:
If you are using this paint for the first time, be sure to do an allergy test (the eyes are a very sensitive area). Apply a small amount of paint to the skin behind the ear, wash it off after the time specified in the instructions and observe the condition of the skin during the day. If everything is fine, you can proceed to the next stage.
Remove eye makeup, then wash with foam or gel to degrease and cleanse the eyelashes.
Before applying the patches/discs, you need to apply a greasy cream or petroleum jelly to the skin around the eyes (eyelids), without touching the eyelashes themselves.
Cut a cotton pad in half, moisten it with water, and squeeze it out. Then place it under the lower eyelashes. Instead of cotton pads, you can use special patches (paper or hydrogel).
Mix the paint with oxide strictly according to the instructions for your paint! Mix thoroughly.
Close one eye tightly and pull the cotton pad up slightly. Do not open it again until the procedure is complete!
Apply the dye to the eyelashes from the outer edge to the inner edge. There should be a lot of dye, apply it in a thick layer. However, try not to get it on the skin and mucous membranes, otherwise the mixture will burn and may cause irritation.
We wait for the time specified in the instructions, no longer!
Then we remove the bulk of the paint with a dry cotton pad, and then remove the residue with wet pads. And only after that we open the eye.
Voila! Look in the mirror!
