dsm-firmenich to showcase in Riyadh its vision of the future of fragrances

The global manufacturer of nutrients, flavors, and fragrances will present ’Imagine: The Future of Fragrances in the Middle East’, an exhibition presenting the company’s vision of fragrance creation, at the crossroads of art and chemistry.

The event comes on the heels of a presentation last October 2024 at the Perfume House at Al Shindagha Museum in Dubai. It will take place for a limited run — from 23 April to 6 May — in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, at Villa PoOne, the largest luxury villa boutique in the Middle East, offering the world’s finest niche perfumes and an exclusive royal service.

This exhibition explores themes of luxury, spirituality, modernity, hospitality, symbiosis and fusion through bespoke scents created by the esteemed perfumers of dsm-firmenich amidst bold installations and visual pieces inspired by local Bedouin culture and crafted by artist collective Future Bedouin.

For the Imagine exhibition in Riyadh, the art pieces illustrate twelve creative fragrances, with each olfactive experience accompanied by a visual treat – a true feast for the senses.

We are thrilled to host ‘Imagine: The Future of Fragrances in the Middle East’ at Villa PoOne. This collaboration with dsm-firmenich and Future Bedouin reflects our mission to bring a unique and exclusive olfactory experience to the villa’s visitors,” says Mr. Saeed Al-Khayar, general manager and co-founder of Villa PoOne. “This exhibition will highlight not only our rich culture in the Middle East, but also our expertise in fragrance and luxury.
