Bormioli Luigi recreates an icon: two striking new takes on the Berger lamp

For 125 years, Maison Berger Paris has been faithful to its creative tradition. Each year, a new selection of lamps, candles and home fragrance diffusers hits the market with original designs and daring collaborations. For 2025, the brand has continued its historic partnership with Italian glassmaker Bormioli Luigi for two exclusive collections.

Maison Berger has entrusted Bormioli Luigi with the development of the Echo and Cosy catalytic lamps, from the glass shapes to overseeing the decor. The two original designs were the fruit of the imagination of Paris design agency De Vog.

The Echo line has a curvy shape and gentle waves and is available in pink, natural frosted glass or green. Cosy has a padded style evoking couture, with rounded edges that are both gentle and contemporary, and is available in blue or brown.

In line with the brand’s esthetic specifications, the group managed the bespoke creation of the glass shapes, developing the molds and perfecting the industrial process. The decor for both designs is created using graduated, translucent lacquering developed in the exact colors of the collection, with five references in total.
