Soliflores—scents entirely dedicated to a single flower—are becoming increasingly rare in modern perfumery. So it's worth looking for mimosa in perfumes. Here are 5 of the best new fragrances with a note of mimosa that recreate the fresh, dizzying bloom of the yellow fluffy ball flowers.

The flower that fills the accounts of florist shops in spring is actually a tree of the acacia family: tall, with a lush crown and small leaves. A lot of mimosa grows in the south of France, in Grasse. There is even a famous tourist route, La Route du Mimosa, which runs through the flowering hills (you need to go in February). Unfortunately, the flowering season is very short, but the joy of the optimistic, fresh-green, slightly powdery aroma can be easily extended with the appropriate perfume.
Mimosa, Maria Candida Gentile
The newest launch of 2026 is the soliflore (monofloral fragrance) Mimosa from the Italian House of affordable niche perfumery Maria Candida Gentile. Its founder, Maria Candida Gentile, was the first Italian woman to be accepted to study at the higher perfumery school in Grasse. The perfumer shaded the sound of mimosa in the new unisex fragrance with green notes of galbanum and an accent of talc. This added a feeling of freshness, powderyness and purity.
Sakura, Dior
Don't let the name fool you: among the pink petals of sakura, it clearly reads mimosa. It was created in 2018 by perfumer Francois Demachy, but the line appeared in Ukraine not so long ago. Refined, delicate, quite persistent, it envelops with notes of cherry blossom, greenery, white musk and, of course, mimosa, which seems to dominate this bouquet.

L'Eau Papier Diptyque
Finding mimosa in this fragrance is an interesting exercise, and not everyone succeeds. But mimosa is there – beautiful, elegant, shy, surrounded by woody and musky motifs.

Not Your Baby, Phlur
The rare case where mimosa hides behind gourmand vanilla and tonka beans, but does not fade into this sweet twilight background. On the contrary, the fragrance remains almost childishly optimistic.

Flower Ikebana Mimosa, Kenzo
This “limited edition” was released in 2024, but it can still be found on sale. The fragrance, dedicated to Japanese spring and the golden blossom of mimosa, is additionally scented with a blend of kumquat, sesame and hinoki wood.

Earth Elixir, Loewe
Unlike its predecessor, Earth, this version sounds richer and more trailing. Hearing the mimosa in it requires a certain olfactory expertise: the yellow flower is surrounded by resinous thick oud, elemi, and labdanum.

Le Parfum, Hair Rituel by Sisley
The famous fragrance of the Hair Rituel by Sisley hair line, with its lively Parisian spirit and notes of mimosa, has now become a standalone perfume. The mimosa is shaded with verbena, lemon, lavender and amber.

Serene Sierra, Estée Lauder
The fragrance combines only three chords, but what a combination! Honey, mimosa, and pistachios — a dizzying combination, like a bridge from spring to summer.

Latte Mimosa, New Notes
A brilliant example of a modern interpretation of mimosa: it is surrounded by iris, sandalwood, vanilla and musk. A seductive and juicy aroma.
