Have any bunnies run by? Computer exercises 2

Have you ever sat at the computer until your back hurt and you saw spots before your eyes?

Even if you're not a hardcore gamer, but just aspiring bloggers dreaming of earning passive income, you still have to spend hours staring at the glowing rectangle of your monitor.

And, until serious problems with vision and the spine arise, while physical inactivity is still a purely theoretical concept, it makes great sense to use simple, proven exercises for the eyes and back.

About every hour and a half. You can set a timer. For example, I put together a program of ten exercises for myself, which simultaneously covers both.

1. Close your eyes tightly, then blink, blink, blink.

2. Stand up, raise your arms, bend back, straighten up, lower, repeat 5 times, eyes “tied” to your hands.

3. Lower your arms, bend forward 5 times, keep your arms parallel to your body, and follow your hands with your eyes.

4. Standing, extend your arms out to the sides with tension, as if pushing aside non-existent walls. Move both eyes from your left hand to your right and back again five times. Do not turn your head.

5. Elbows out to the sides, hands in front of the chest. Raise your arms out to the sides 5 times, then return to the starting position. Simultaneously, move your eyes out to the sides and back, focusing on your hands. Keep your left eye on your left hand, and your right eye on your right.

6. Hands on hips. Bend left and right. 5 times. When bending left, look at your left foot; when bending right, look at your right foot. Keep your head still. When straightening, look at the ceiling.

7. Place your hands in front of you at chest level, fingers interlaced and palms facing outward. Bend your elbows, bringing your interlaced fingers toward your nose. Straighten them, stretching, five times. Keep your eyes focused on the center of your interlaced fingers throughout the entire cycle.

8. Sit down, clasp your hands behind your head, and press down on it five times, your neck resisting. Your eyes are “glassy”—relaxed, not focusing on anything for the entire cycle.

9. Palming. Warm up your palms by rubbing them together, then cup them. Cover your eyes with your palms, placing the centers of your palms opposite your eyes but not directly against them, and interlock your fingers on your forehead. Block out any light from reaching your eyes. Blink your eyes under your palms.

10. Rub your eyes with your fists like a child, massaging the eyelids and the edges of the eye sockets. Slowly open your eyes. You're back in fighting shape.

Equally important for successful computer work is to recharge in the morning with enough energy to, as they say in America, “make your day.” And to do this, you only need to fulfill two simple requirements. They are effective and have been proven for centuries.

The first thing is to go to bed before 11 pm the night before to get enough melatonin and wake up refreshed.

Second, perform a 10-minute Tibetan energy exercise that prolongs youth – “The Eye of Rebirth.” There are six exercises in total.

If you don't feel a surge of strength and energy, you can return to your usual morning cup of coffee and cigarette; it's hopeless.
