Who Perished in Euphoria Season 3?

Earlier in the third season, a significant character met their end: Nate Jacobs (Jacob Elordi). Following the amputation of his toe after his and Cassie’s (Sydney Sweeney) wedding, Nate’s story arc concludes in the seventh episode of season 3 when he is entombed alive in a coffin by Naz. The initial intention was to confine him for just 72 hours, but a venomous snake entered his breathing tube, leading to his demise.

Subsequently, in episode 7, Alamo (Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje) succeeds in fatally shooting Naz.

Elordi was aware that his character’s departure was imminent, as he conveyed to Entertainment Weekly. “When I read the script, I had a feeling it was coming,” the actor stated. “Yes, I think a part of me knew he would eventually have to face the consequences.”

Indeed. Rue succumbs in the season 3 finale of Euphoria.

The eighth episode commences with Rue pilfering sage from Wayne’s (Toby Wallace) stash while Faye Valentine (Chloe Cherry) attempts to rouse him. Rue manages to avoid being shot by Wayne by striking him with a wrench, subsequently incapacitating Faye with a blow.

However, Rue’s escape is not without peril. She is swiftly pursued by Harley (James Landry Hébert), who ensnares Rue with a lasso and drags her as he flees. G (Marshawn Lynch) intervenes by shooting Harley, aiding Rue in her escape from the unfolding turmoil.

Following her evasion of the dangerous situation, Alamo bestows upon her drugs and monetary compensation.

While audiences may wish to believe that Rue’s reunion with her mother is a genuine occurrence, it is revealed to be a figment of her imagination, and Rue has passed away. Ali discovers her lifeless body on the sofa, realizing that the pills Alamo provided to Rue contained fentanyl.

Will Euphoria Be Renewed for a Season 4?

The show’s creator, Sam Levinson, has indicated that he has “no plans” to extend Euphoria beyond its third season. Nevertheless, neither he nor HBO has definitively confirmed that season 3 will be the series’ conclusive installment.
