Zayn Malik’s touring schedule for his 2026 KONNAKOL Tour has been adjusted. The “Night Changes” singer was admitted to a medical facility in April 2026 due to an undisclosed ailment, and subsequently, some performances on his tour had to be called off.
“To my followers: I am so grateful for the tremendous encouragement and affection you’ve expressed for the album release and, most importantly, your caring thoughts, prayers, and optimistic vibes regarding my condition,” Zayn expressed in a statement on his Instagram Stories on May 1. “I’ve sensed it, and it’s deeply appreciated. I’ve been recuperating at home, and I’m improving and will be healthier and stronger moving forward. I’ve reassessed my upcoming timeline and have to decrease the quantity of shows on the KONNAKOL Tour.”
Zayn conveyed his desire to “be sure I can still go out and meet as many of you as I can” and continued, “I’m sincerely anticipating presenting these shows for you, and I’m hoping to connect with the remainder of you across the globe soon. Much Love, Z.”

As previously mentioned, Zayn has been dealing with an unconfirmed sickness for several weeks, at minimum. In April, he uploaded a snapshot from a hospital room to his Instagram Stories, coinciding with the release day of his Konnakol album.
“To my followers – I extend my gratitude to all of you for your ongoing affection & backing – it’s been a difficult week and I am still unexpectedly in recovery,” Zayn expressed over the photo. “It breaks my heart that I won’t be able to be with you all this week; I wouldn’t be where I am today without you, and I’m deeply appreciative of your patience.”

Zayn refrained from specifying the reason for his hospitalization, but a source disclosed to People that the vocalist sought guidance from the “leading cardiologist in the world.”
“He is still confronting his health concerns,” the source revealed to the publication. “He was slated to appear on [Jimmy] Fallon but is unable to on the advice of his physician.”
