But the most interesting thing here is the numbers. On ultrasound, she was predicted to have a baby weighing about 3.4-3.5 kg. In fact, a boy weighing almost 4.7 kilos was born. A significant figure. The singer herself honestly admitted that after this she felt as if she had been “run over by three tractors.”
Regarding the song. “Lullaby” was recorded just 10 days before giving birth. Grosu says that her intuition worked to the fullest: she felt in her heart that the little one would decide to be born earlier than planned. In general, she wrote several lullabies during her pregnancy, but only managed to record this one. The song was intentionally made old-fashioned in a good way – they added a Ukrainian ethno code to make it sound like from ancient times.
And now about the main character. The boy is healthy and so calm that Alina even had the typical anxiety of a new mother. She actually went to ask the pediatricians if it was normal for the child to cry so little. The doctors' answer: “Just a boy from an intelligent family.”
Well, where would he be without musical genes? According to his mother, the boy has perfect pitch, instantly reacts to her voice, and falls asleep perfectly to an a cappella performance.
Now the artist is fully in motherhood mode. She says that this is the happiest day of her life. She had always loved children before, but she had never been so enthusiastic. And when she saw this baby, everything was lost for words, she melted with tenderness. The boy has an excellent appetite, he can already distinguish his parents and even shows some funny moments.
Alina admits that now nothing annoys her at all. Not even a child's cry. Absolute peace. All that remains is to be happy for a person who has achieved such harmony.
