Following an “unprecedented” hold-up with the voting results that made headlines the previous week, show anchor Ryan Seacrest was eventually able to announce who was sent home. During the April 6 broadcast, a total of three individuals were eliminated.
Ryan astonished spectators throughout the country on March 30 when he shared that the voting tallies were so close that the names could not be revealed.

Who Was Eliminated from American Idol Last Night?
