On March 26, at the Lavra Gallery, the VOVKOVA brand presented its new spring-summer 2026 collection. At its center is a woman as a source of life and strength.

Kristina Bobkova, the brand's designer, compares the natural qualities of a woman and glass, addressing the theme of respect for one's body, its sensitivity and inner love. And the key metaphor of the collection was the image of a child. This is not just an external image, but an internal state – alive, direct, creative. Children, who make a woman confident and at the same time defenseless, appear at the show as a symbol of the beginning of life, creativity and directness. The charitable component of the event is closely connected with the theme: for many years BOBKOVA has been taking care of children from the Zaporuka Foundation.
Bobkova addresses themes of femininity and sexuality through openness: translucent textures, light layers, soft fabrics and interpretation of linen in clothing elements. Trouser suits and dresses made of weightless knitwear and lace; openwork capes distinguish this collection of the brand from previous ones. Jackets with accented shoulders are combined with mini shorts, streamlined silhouettes of dresses with slits form the image of a woman who does not hide herself, but allows herself to be alive.
The collection features new materials, including crushed cotton, and maintains patchwork as part of the brand's sustainable code. The raw edges, decorative seams on the outside, and exposed lining create a sense of imperfect but honest beauty.
A special element of the show was the soundtrack created by Ukrainian composer Nastya Vaughan, with whom ВOBKOVA has been collaborating for many years. The sounds of children's laughter and speech form an emotional background and reinforce the idea of the collection. This turns the show into a manifesto of finding oneself – through memories, feelings and experiences.
“Glass is able to protect, but at the same time it is vulnerable; it gives strength and stability and at the same time can break from fragility; transparent and sincere, but able to hide a secret and create an illusion,” notes Kristina Bobkova. This idea finds its continuation in jewelry: glass necklaces, pendants on silk cords and earrings are created by hand using the Venetian glassblowing technique. They have an imperfect shape and are decorated with glass crumb, and it is this imperfection that becomes the key aesthetic.
