How to easily lose weight for summer?

It's getting warmer outside! As you pull out your lighter clothes from your closets, you notice they're barely fitting, your favorite pants are difficult to zip up, and your waist has disappeared.

The extra weight accumulated over the long winter can really put a damper on your mood. However, there's an affordable and effective program that will help you shed a few pounds, tone your body, improve your vitality, and welcome summer in great shape.

First, consider what in your diet and lifestyle negatively impacts your weight. You most likely don't exercise enough, overeat, or indulge in excessive sweets.

Now let's focus on your mood. It's much harder to lose weight if you're constantly thinking about how bad you look, how inelegant you are, and how terribly fat you are. Feel like a beauty queen (or Mr. Sexy), add a little more joy, lightness, and, of course, confidence in success (a must!).

In the morning, right after waking up, do a couple of exercises to strengthen your abdominal muscles. This will take very little time. Put the pillow aside and stretch out, lying on your back.

1. Exhale, pressing your lower back down firmly. As you exhale, draw your stomach in strongly and lift your pelvis up. Repeat 10 times.
2. Raise both legs as high as possible. Press your lower back down firmly, without arching. Straighten your knees, slowly lower both legs down, then, without touching the bed, slowly raise your legs back up. Repeat 8 times.

Let's take a shower. A contrast shower with alternating hot and cold water is a great boost of energy for the whole day, makes the skin elastic and helps you lose weight.

After a shower – half a glass of hot boiled water.

Breakfast. Be sure to eat breakfast! Low-fat dairy products, porridge, black or brown bread, cheese, fruit, herbal teas.

Maintain a regular diet! No more than 3 hours should pass between meals. Eat smaller, more frequent meals! Between meals, eat unsweetened fruit or drink a glass of natural juice. Freshly squeezed vegetable and fruit juices and their blends are best. Instead of coffee, soda, and sugary drinks, drink herbal or green tea.

Drink plain water. Cold water helps you lose weight because your body uses energy to warm it to body temperature. But be careful, protect your throat, and don't drink cold water immediately after eating, as this will make digestion difficult.

Start your main meal with a vegetable dish, preferably soup. Vegetable soups are easy to prepare. These can be cream soups or any of your favorite soups made with vegetable broth.

Replace traditional side dishes of rice, noodles, and potatoes with vegetable salads.

Lean fish, white meat, and seafood go well with salads. They can be baked, boiled, or grilled. Avoid fatty sauces.

Make salad dressings from a small amount of olive or sunflower oil and lemon juice or apple cider vinegar.

Less salt and sugar.

Move more. Use every free minute for this.

Walk 30 minutes a day. Walk one stop, climb the stairs, do some sit-ups during commercial breaks, and do a few squats in between.

Take walks in parks, go out into nature.

Housework and chores are excellent forms of exercise. Just be sure to avoid the common mistake of working hard and eating a lot. Don't overeat afterwards, for example, with fried potatoes, salted lard, and a liter of Coca-Cola.

Patience and perseverance, a good mood, and enjoyment of a healthy lifestyle are the main keys to success!
